Website Design: First we will need to decide on the size of your site. This could vary from one page with your contact info to a multi-page site to meet your needs. Possible page themes include:

  • Home (Summary, News, Welcome)
  • About Us (History, Our Staff, Credentials, Employment)
  • Services (Programs, Specializations, Camps)
  • Contact Us (Address, Phone, Fax, Email, Interactive Map, Form)
  • Links (Info for Parents/Patients, Favorite Sites, Support Groups)
  • Results and Testimonials (Quotes, Videos, Pictures, Data Tables)
  • Forms and Document (your current forms in downloadable format)

After we have the basic shape of your page, we'll help you develop content, images, and designs from your current promotional materials or from scratch to achieve the look you want. We can create digital images of your staff, location, and services or scan in current images and logos. Putting your current brochures, policies, or forms on your website is also no problem. Other Services: After your page has been developed, we'll help you to register a domain name (i.e. www.myspeechpractice.com), put your page online, and list the page with all the major search engines to help people find your new page. Speech Therapy Online will manage these processes and fully explain every step in the process since owning a webpage is an ongoing process. We include a year of free updates and can arrange to train you or your staff to update your site, as your services, staff, or locations change to keep your site accurate.

Design Fees: Pricing depends on the size of your site. A typical 5-page site costs $600. A 30% deposit is requested after we begin. The balance is due on launch.

        • 1 page = $300
        • 2 pages = $375
        • 3 pages = $450
        • 4 pages = $525
        • 5 pages = $600 (home, about us, services, FAQ, contact)
        • 6 pages = $675
        • Add $75 for each additional page, $100 for contact forms or password-protected pages

Need updates to your existing site? Hourly rate for redesign, updates, and consultation is $40/hr.

Site design includes logo incorporation, text adaptation, navigation menu with rollover effects, stock or custom images (scanned and edited if necessary), interactive map, conversion of documents to PDF for download, accessible design, cross-browser development, search engine optimization and registration, a CD of all files at the time of launch, and one year of free updates from time of launch. There are no hidden fees and no "extras" that you would pay for during the design process- just a set price per page once the original template is agreed upon. Your satisfaction is our priority. Additional domain and hosting fees, paid annually, must be arranged with an outside provider. We are happy to recommend good hosts with fees ranging from $75 to $100 a year.
